In the attached article (all in Spanish) the Vice President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, says that President Hugo Chavez will remain in office even if he can not take the oath of his new office this January 10. “In these times of performances, the spirit of the Constitution has its greatest defender, that is the people (…) The right believes that his time came, but they are close to the crazy hours,” Maduro said during a broadcast on national television.
The “crazy hours” came over twelve years ago in Venezuela. All we can do is wait and see what will happen in the coming days.
