This past weekend a clown mocked President Obama at a Missouri State Fair and his performance has outraged Democrats and Republicans alike.

Not only has the clown been banned for life to perform at the State Fair also the president of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association, a private nonprofit group that sponsored the rodeo and employed the clown, resigned Monday.

I don’t understand why this has turned out to be such a huge deal. I thought rodeo entertainment as well as any entertainment that involves a clown is mockery. Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association member David Berry, told the Associated Press that bull ring clowns often dress as sitting presidents.

Why are people so fickle and sensitive? During the Bush presidency he was called a “chimp, monkey and stupid” by CNN and other pretend journalist.

What will happen next, no President masks for Halloween?
